If you receive an error message after you submit a filing, please DO NOT attempt to submit it again. The error message you are seeing may be false.

Please email charities@sos.ga.gov or call 470-312-2640 to confirm that we have received your filings and fees. One of our analysts will reach back out to you as soon as possible.

EXPIRED RENEWAL MUST FILE THROUGH:  REINSTATE.

We recently sent out letters to charities with an expired renewal status.  If your oganization received the letter indicating that the charity's renewal has expired, your charity must REINSTATE.  

Expired charities will not be processed through this Renewal section and your renewal fee of $20 will be reimbursed. 

• For Charitable Organizations renewing their registration with the Georgia Charities Division.
   
• In order to renew, the charitable organization must have an "Active" registration status with the Georgia Charities Division.

IMPORTANT: THIS PLATFORM IS NOT FOR CORPORATION FILINGS.

If you are trying to renew your corporate formation or you are trying to dissolve your corporate formation, this is not the place. Use this form instead to renew your registration as a Charitable Organization, with the Charities Division.

PAYMENT OPTION:  This platform only accepts VISA and MASTERCARD.

NOTICE:  Once you hit the submit button to submit the filing, the system will generate  a receipt/notice of filing submitted that confirms the filing has been submitted successfully.  If you do not receive a receipt or any type of note from the system that the filing has been submitted, please email us at charities@sos.ga.gov.
